Your HR Resource provides workplace investigations that are conducted on-site in a calm, private atmosphere with at least two investigators. Meetings are tape-recorded in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and all documentation is included. When employers combine this service with the Anti-discrimination training, liability is decreased while employee morale is increased.
Employment Mediation
Our employment mediations are conducted by a certified mediator at a neutral, off-site location. Mediation is typically a voluntary alternative solution; a way in which both parties can reach a mutually-satisfying agreement in a non-judgmental, relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes this dispute resolution method is preferable to workplace investigations.
